The staff at the historic Scenic Railroads, the museum trains and railway museums in North America are mostly so-called volunteers, they are volunteers. They are so friendly to the passengers, as if they have a $ 100.000 job hatten.Da everything is just right!

In Focus ... historic railroads in North America - a literature tip!

Since we, as always, allle described railway facilities have even visited and photographed, we can not provide a complete overview of all historic railroads in North America here. As good help we recommend the paperback

USA Rail Guide - Herbert Stemmler, GeraMond-Verlag

which we used for our discoveries in the United States.

Although the currently offered edition of 2007 in all areas is not active, - mainly the steam locomotive operations have reduced or limited in time - can be a useful companion for any railway enthusiast this book to his special travel area of the United States the still existing historical track railways.
